Our task was to significantly enhance social media visibility of The Bitery. They lacked a TikTok account and their Instagram activity was sporadic and inconsistent. The primary challenge was their business model: The Bitery sells wholesale, not directly to consumers, and operates across the DACH region, so we needed to strategically promote the locations where their products were available. Additionally, they had not yet capitalized on video content, a vital tool for showcasing the unique selling points of their products.

We crafted a dynamic 12-month social media strategy after thoroughly analyzing their competitors and the wholesale market. We focused on educating the client about their unique selling points and refocused on the overarching message, "Bringing people back to the table," to unify their diverse products. Our approach included creating emotionally engaging content—funny, inspirational, and appealing—to connect with followers. We maintained a consistent posting schedule across major platforms and chose the best social media planning tool to streamline our efforts and enhance performance monitoring.
Results
For The Bitery, our targeted social media strategy quickly ramped up their digital presence. Monthly reach saw a significant increase of 355%, while engagement improved by 330%, reflecting the engaging quality of our content. Furthermore, content interactions rose by 700%, indicating a strong connection with the audience.
